Both are NO SMOKING properties have superb sea views. They are easy flat walking distance from the shops, pubs, restaurants, Marina and bus/train links.

They are all well placed for exploring Exmoor, the Brendon and Quantock Hills; and are within easy reach of Dunster Castle, Minehead and Cheddar. Longleat, Bath and Wells are all popular places to visit nearby. The famous West Somerset Steam railway calls at Watchet and is a must see.

Watchet is a small friendly ancient harbour town on the West Somerset Coast, it is a perfect base for sailing, walking, birdwatching, all types of fishing and boat trips.
